I started smoking when I was 12, and have tried to quit 6 times, so far. The longest I was able to quit for was 6 weeks, and that was with the help of a patch.
Once you get addicted, you are addicted for life, even if you quit. And if you do quit, it's easy to start up again. So, if you don't smoke, don't start. | I would still hope the information is included, even if kids are going to be non-conforming or rebellious.
I tried smoking but never did find it to my liking. It left a nasty taste in my mouth and made me cough.
Good luck on quitting - I know it can be tough as I watched my mom quit. |
