The only real way to narrow the gap is through higher taxation and more social welfare. Even that would only lead to an ever expanding "welfare class" content to rely on others to support them.
Nonetheless, I don't think it's wise for you uncaring conservatives and Republicans to cock a snook at the poor. There, but for the Grace of God, go you or I. Doggone it darn right you betcha bless your heart maverick |
