Now I think you're generalizing and using the party hackery. Party hackery, which is used much more in controlling the ignorant and keeping the public debate within a narrow confine. Those people you listed are Republicans, but not all Republicans agree with their philosophies. Some Republicans are more conservative, and some are more neo-conservative (and many used to be almost libertarian conservative; Goldwater, etc.).
This is why such terms as conservative and liberal are used to differentiate individuals more accurately in terms of their ideologies. I consider myself socialist, and yeah I may sway more left on some issues and more right on others; but to give people a general idea of where my line of thought is coming from we have such a term as socialist. | Thank you for proving my point, when asked a direct question that you could not dodge.
