I really do not think it is a healthy attitude toward sex, to compare it to using the toilet! I do believe both are "private" but sex is in ways made private by the wonder of it! By it being shared intimacy. Sex is a high thing. It is nearly a miracle. To consider the deep and lasting impact two people can find together. So yeah, it is not something that needs to be made common by dishing all the details to others. But it is in no way private in like comparison to using the toilet! But sex, for sex's sake, ought to be viewed in a healthy attitude that affords discussion and even a sense of humor, from time to time. OD
