Personally I am against the death penalty on principle. Not because I don't agree that some people deserve to die for their heinous crimes, but because I don't think we have the right to take a life.

And I don't see how people who are anti-abortion (pro-life in US parlance) can be pro-death penalty!

Either you have a right to life or you don't!
