Either you have a right to life or you don't!
BTW do you look anything that mean dude in your avatar? |
Sally Clark was convicted of murdering her two children fourteen months (I think) apart. Turned out they both died of cot death.
I have no moral objection to the death penalty, I just think that life (meaning life) still gives us a chance to right wrongs. Agree with you on the abortion/death penalty thing though, and also the other way around, how can anyone who supports abortion then protest against the death penalty?
The 'mean dude' is His Grace, His Excellency, Commander Sir Samuel Vimes, Duke of Ankh-Morpork. Look it up then read the books. I promise you won't regret it. I suppose there is a slight resemblance but I'm probably carrying an extra two stone. It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
