Nobody has the "right" to take another life, the questions arise when somebody does with malicious forethought take anothers' life, I do not agree with the death penalty but life should mean life, modern crime solving techniques including DNA have proved to be astonishingly accurate and basically indisputable, the death penalty in Britain was abolished because of mistakes, this now seems to be scientifically impossible, the human part could be influenced ie, a person compiling the evidence could perhaps become emotionally involved and crook the results, until human errors are resolved the death penalty should remain a non entity!
