I would, most probably on balance accept that, but having seen the way the our Home office carries on, it's not going to happen, and even if it did, some one would come along and 'move the Goal posts' again.

However there are crimes which should mean a death penalty, and when some one is caught, with a smoking gun in hand, I see no reason to allow them to continue living, when they have taken some other persons life.
