If that is the will of the people than so be it. But the Constitution provided for change in the Amendment process, and ultimately in the 10th Amendment reserving the right to the States and the people. Liberals say you support the people, but never want us to decide. And when we do, your the first to run to court to change it. It seems you don't really know what it is that you want, except that it can't be a conservative idea.

There is a reason we haven't overturned roe vs. wade. The majority of people don't want to. Seems like you have a hard time living with that.
