If that is the will of the people than so be it. But the Constitution provided for change in the Amendment process, and ultimately in the 10th Amendment reserving the right to the States and the people. There is a reason we haven't overturned roe vs. wade. The majority of people don't want to. Seems like you have a hard time living with that.
Arguing with this guy is like arguing with a brick. What is funny is he spouts a lot of rhetoric, make no valid points at all and then leans back and acts as if he's just won an argument and beaten us at our own game. It's hillarious. He really can't see that we have won the argument, because the world agrees with us... but that's ok, I am sure his god is on his side...
