It adds nothing to a debate, and shows the futility and stupidity of the opposition.
The lefts problem is not that President Bush is a fascists, it is rather the lack of an coherent platform in opposition. The country is tired of the rehashed solutions of higher taxes coupled with more government programs, it hasn't worked in the past 40 years, so what makes you think that it will actually work now???? The lefts problem is that it has no new ideas.
dmk | There's no doubt Bush is up to some dirty business. Remember Florida? Nearly 200,000 votes were not counted because Kathrine Harris stopped the count after complaints from citizens that the ballots were confusing. What about the black voters who were turned away because of their criminal records, which were frauds I might add; crimes committed in 2007? Come on, seriously... Brother Jeb was overseeing the count in Florida, keep that in mind as well.
Think about Bush's anti-Kerry ad campaign, he made Kerry out to be a fraud when he actually SERVED HIS TIME in Vietnam. Who cares that his purple hearts weren't well-deserved, that doesn't change the fact that he answered his call and fought with the rest of the guys. What did Bush do? He joined the Air Reserve; he didn't even qualify! A family with infinite connections is the only thing that saved him from serving his tour.
Don't get me wrong, Kerry's no better than Bush, but don't say the left's problem is that it has no new ideas. Do you think Kerry speaks for all of the intellectual left? The guy's an idiot! \"Are we justified in using articles, no matter how convenient it may be for us to use them, that we know were produced in conditions which bored and even stultified the human beings who had to make them?\"
