If you think they do crappy things you should check out the BidPay & Western Union do with their online businesses.
As a small eBay seller/buyer I refuse to use either BidPay or West. Union. They are just too expensive and/or unreliable. Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.
