Immigration bill worked out behind closed doors
Whenever bills are worked out "behind closed doors" closed to the media, to even staffers, we really need to worry.

This "comprehensive" immigration bill was worked out and agreed upon by a bipartisan (that means both parties) group with the support and blessing of the administration.

Some years ago, another landmark bill was worked out "behind closed doors" and what was produced was many thousands of pages of legalese ....being Hillary's health care plan. When called to be open about who took part, and who was involved in the "closed door" meetings, no one was forthcoming with the facts about who engineered and made decisions about a bill that would have hijacked 15% of the entire nations economy. Lawsuits showed reluctance by administration officials as well as legislative folk to reveal to the people just who had input in these horrendous life changing plans. It turned out there were lots of people involved who would profit. Yet the representatives of the industry already doing the job were totally left out, even though they had volunteered their expertise, their experience, and were willing to share their years and years of gathered information that would have been useful in writing a bill that would work.

Well, I think we want to know who was involved. I think we want to know who had input, who was proposing, who has given testimony, and who was left out.

All of you should make an effort to find out these facts.

Behind-closed-doors all of us can, and have been, sold out. Demand to know who had input, who gave testimony, who was given a voice and who was deliberately left out.

I suspect the American worker was left out, but I don't know. Neither do you.
