No crazier then for my in-laws to ship us a bottle of Canadian syrup or Kraft peanut butter for hubby (he doesn't like the US version, says Canadian is best), they have to apply for an export licence. So the in-laws when they came down last summer, smuggled him a couple of jars through the border cause they couldn't afford the license to just mail it.
