 This is an interesting case. My thoughts are that it may be legal to search the home with the father's consent, but illegal to search the computer without a warrant. It was a "locked" PC and there was no obvious child porn in plain sight. One pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small,
And the ones that mother gives you don't do anything at all. |
