If we were a nation of walkers, I would agree with you. But we are a nation of drivers.
How about if we change the military age to 21? Last I heard you couldn't be a cop until you are 21. Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.
