The problem with TB tests are this, they identify exposure only. When I take a TB test I come up positive, I have been exposed to TB, yet I am not a carrier nor do I myself have the disease.

From all reports it would seem that the Doctors were more at fault than Mr Speaker. They should have pointt blank told him that he should not travel. There are people who everyday travel that have TB.
