I agree with everything said except the 'In God We Trust' thing.

While the majority of the founding fathers could be considered 'Christian', they purposefully wanted religion kept out of government.

All the 'in God we trust' and 'one nation under God' was put in during the 'red scare' of the 1950's. Communism was a big worry then, and it was thought that putting in references to God would weed out potential communists.

I do believe that people coming to this country should learn English. If I were to move to, say, France, I certainly would expect to have to communicate with the people that live there.
