Do people vote off of emotions? Yes, I don't think I needed a professor in psychology to tell me that one. But should they? Absolutely not. Because when you vote on emotions you end up with Presidents like this one. I don't think exploiting this voter ignorance like the Republicans have is the best thing Democratic candidates could be doing; perhaps educating people on the virtues of using their heads would be the best thing.
