I can't help but wonder how many people are listening to his statements and thinking "That can't be right", and that's all the effort that goes into it.
He talks about the 9/11 commission, and there was another CIA report put out afterwards that said the same thing. Our actions in the Middle East are INCREASING terrorism.
Does that automatically mean we should stop? No. Not based just on that.
But it DOES put some patently idiotic statements in perspective from some people who claim ridiculous things like "They hate us for our freedom".
Also, the attempt to link Democrats to starting wars was interesting, and I believe historically fairly interesting. It does seem the Democrats are usually in power, although I think some examples should easily be dismissed since the war was inevitable. Like World War II and attacking the Taliban in Afghanistan (with George Bush). Quote: |

They want to stick with their religious base, and if intelligence points elsewhere then obviously intelligence is "liberal" and should be politicized so it can be ignored as just another opinion. Quote: |

The ideology of the Republican Party is the Party. Party loyalty must be maintained. | I thought it deserved to be reposted.
Bush is an excellent example of this at an extreme level. He nominates people who aren't qualified for the job he nominates them for, and he stands by them even after they screw up.
That's a great quality in a friend, but in a president and a boss??? NO. "(Gay marriage) is a debate about whether you think gay people are part of the human condition or just a random fetish."
