The biggest thing that leads me to believe that the towers came down by demolitions is the time in which they took to fell. Within .5 seconds of freefall.

If the towers were weakened by fire or weakened by the impact of the plane itself at and around the site that still leaves... what.... 90 floors that would have slowed things down.
