But that still doesn't explain how the fire reached 1500F (which it could not have). | ok, Aircraft are made from thin sheets of aluminum, buildings are made from steel. When aluminum metals then ignites it reaches temperatures far greater than that needed to melt steel. So when the aircraft (of aluminum) crashes into a building and blows up, the aluminum would melt and quite possibly ignite, therefore causing a great deal of heat, melting and/or severly weakening steel. I really don't know how to put it in simpler terms. Happiness is a belt fed weapon |
