Okay. I have to admit - we were practically forced by friends to go to this movie this afternoon. I really liked the old movie and didn't want it spoiled.

Well, it was wonderful and I heartily recommend it - especially for families! Great singing and dancing - and the acting is hysterical. If one were to analyze, it has more in common with "Bye Bye Birdie" than it does the original John Waters film - but why analyze it?, it's a really fun way to spend an afternoon.
