A fifth tour!?!?! That is way beyond the call of duty.

The armed services are so inefficient.

My nephew was supposed to be discharged from the Marines 8 months ago (when his enlistment was up). He's STILL waiting on his papers and still having to live in Japan while he's waiting. It's ridiculous!!! He wants to get on with his life, yet he's still stuck in Japan!!!!
