Do I think this has any affect on the current perception of the Democratic controlled congress? No. Why? Because if that were true, approval rating would follow a much more consistent pattern with slow increases or decreases in approval. The Pollsters are smarter than that. They're pretty good at trying to assess the publics current views on the current leader.

And look at where that "leadership" has gotten us now..... What good guys they were in building faith in the American system....NOT only does the birthplace of Western Civilzation and the birthplace of Revolutionary ideas hates us (Europe) the rest of the world hates us as well.
