A waste of time. I agree with the bill but the Prez will break out the Veto pen and the Rebublican sheep in congress wouldn't stand up and override.
Get it over with, grow some, and try and cut the funding. If Bush refuses to start pulling our guys out then, he and Cheney should both be run out of town on the empeachmnt rail. They are both already war criminals and think they are above the laws, the constitution, and the will of the American people.
