being native american, born and raised on my reservation the whole "speak english" crap is very insulting to me..

while english may have over time been adopted as our "national language" is wasnt the original language of this country..

each of the 526 federally recognised tribal nations of this country had thier own unique dialect and NONE of them was english...

Where I live english is a 2nd language and will always remain so...

with all the hate over immigration and the hate of forigners to our lands, it makes me wish the indian nations would of had a better thought process in place when we were invaded by the pilgrims..

it just seems to me that there is a double standard in our country, that it was OK when my family came here but screw you stay out of MY country when someone else trys to come here..
