That is China, not the grassroots organizations providing materials, food, medicine, etc. That is the main reason that nothing is changing in Darfur. China does big oil business with the Sudanese government, and they would only alter their behavior if China placed pressure on them to do so. China won't do that because they have no care for human rights or violating human rights.
