I agree, Scout.

When my Germanic and Celtic anscestors came here, those who liked to think they were "real" Americans were saying.."Friggin' Krauts... frigging Mick Irish..... why don't they go back home?"

Now, decendants of those very people are saying the same about Mexicans.
