If Vick gets jail time, it'll be because he's black and famous. (so his supporters will say)
if he gets probation, it'll be because he is famous. (so dog-lovers and those opposed to animal cruelty will say)
I think he should do time, for a long time. I think he should be lathered in blood and thrown into the dog pit with the dogs. Nah, I don't think he *really* should be thrown into the pit. I do think he should do supervised community service at animal shelters. I further think he should be banned for life from the NFL. |
