Hio, I have to agree that the poster has a problem. (The poster is, IMHO, a troll but that is another matter.)

But I wonder if any woman has ever had her breasts enlarged to please a lesbian lover. I doubt that there are many -- if any -- who have done so. Lesbians have a tendency not to focus on body parts.
