State Judges can be voted out of their seats
So if you know of judicial abuse then vote them off of the bench.

Judges may be appointed to sit on thrones within the states but the people can in most states vote yes or no to let them stay on that bench.

If you know of clear abuse boot them in the next election. Most people are unaware in communities that they can do this. On the other hand usually when someone is stomped on by a judge it is not well known publically.
