The Iraq War, on the other hand, was the most protested war in documented history (not sure if that's per capita though!). Bush, the most protested man. The reaction to the Iraq War was pretty unprecedented in that there were countless people not only in the US but worldwide protesting it before it happened. That just never really happened before.
