And, to be perfectly honest, I was drinking socially at 16, and smoking weed at the same time (socially, only, never went to school high or drunk). | A 16 year old girl might be able to handle that okay. Many 16 year old boys would not. Girls are far, far more mature than boys at that age.
(And I think that holds true up until about age 40 or so...LOL)
