I think I get what FX is trying to say.

Men, more so that women, are filthy horndogs. In other words it is MUCH easier for men to seperate sex from any sort of emotional attachment.

Therefore, when men want to have sex with men, you're far more likely to have situations that are basically -- "Hello. Let's fuck."

Hence, gay sex in park bushes, bathrooms and places like that.. where people who are total strangers are having sex 30 seconds after meeting one another.

No, I'm not saying ALL gay men are like that.

But let's be honest. Again, men are complete horndogs. They don't need a reason or excuse to have sex.
