The perfect temperature for coffee to be brewed at is just over 90 degrees - it should come out of the machine at that temperature. You probably can't drink it until it's cooled down to, I don't know, 60 degrees or so - but if the safety standard is recommending 50 degrees below the temperature it's brewed at, it would be tepid - and stale.
Safe, yes. Drinkable, no. |
