Thanks, Tristan. The article is correct. It was not known (at least around my neck of the woods) the the award had been lowered.Rightfully so, in my opinion finally the court found decent middle ground in which to settle a suit. My only point of contention is that there are unknown more frivolous suits being filed daily in courthouses across the nation. It's becoming an epidemic!
