well, jasgallo, LOL, the court, the juries, and the judge disagreed with you

and - the award WAS reduced on appeal (she only got 1/2 million) based on her part of the responsibility

it cannot be stressed enough that this case would NEVER have taken place if the corporation had just paid the medical bills for the third degree burns and skin grafts due to their negligence.
