hk, I think you have some very good ideas here. One thing though why should it be just Americans to support this? There are many throughout the world at this point looking at bringing in a more ethical society. Mainly because if they do not their bottom line is also affected.

It takes time to come to terms with positive solutions and time to educate people. When you look at the overall picture you have to see how many people have to come into agreement before local, national or international issues can be resolved.

I think the biggest obstacle any country will have in creating a solution is, How can anyone do anything as long as people are killing each of over being from different cultures and belief systems?

If we cannot educate people enough to realize hatred breeds more hatred the world with all of the nations have very little hope.

It is the same here through local states, counties and cities. Politics and greed rule the hearts of so many. People get to fighting and forget what the original beef was about. It is very difficult to get people that have different cultures and beliefs together to come into agreement to the benefit of all concerned.

Even if we could get everyone into one place and say, Hey we all want to live in peace and have homes that are safe. Do you think all would try? If even one disagreed. That one could start a war all over again.

Most politics is generally ruled by money even here in America. As my wonderful friend John always reminded me, "Big wheels turn slow". The world is a very big wheel and as little wheels we can only keep speaking out until all come into agreement. When those who rule the money decide a change must be made. That is when you will start seeing the changes being made to benefit all of mankind.
