No he wouldn't be, he lacks experience both domestically and Internationally and this country cannot afford another guy who learns this job on the job IMO. His name should be changed to Obomber as far as I am concerned.

As for his race the fact that people keep having this discussion means it does matter. Much has been made of his African heritage. Everytime he is mentioned in a feature the words African or black are also mentioned in the article/feature. Yet I haven't heard tell of Romney's heritage or even Clinton.

Obama is really a success story for Immigrants..his father is an immigrant and as such he wasn't bought up with the lingering effect of slavery and certain racist politics. This is not to say he hasn't been effected by racism of course he has, but as his father is from a different culture and was never subject too America's past (it was his fathers choice to come here) he has been raised IMO with a slightly different attitude to the country as many 1st generation children of immigrants are: its more optimistic.
