Could be. Although I have no symptoms of any social disease, have a regular check up every year, and in the 30+ years that I have been sexually active, I have never had one.

BTW....For all *I* know, you and your partner could be spreading them to others too. The HPV virus can survive in hot tubs and swimming pools.
