Oh, absolutely, if you are only getting tested once a year, then yes, I agree that you might be spreading them. you should at the very least twice per year; this is what is advocated by HIV Alliance Inc. among other groups. However, with a promiscuous lifestyle, more often than that would be better. this is what we need to be teaching in schools to prevent the spread of vd.
