The funny thing is, he IS a lawyer. He can't really claim ignorance of the law, can he? And the fact that he had 45 days from the time he was arrested to the time he entered his plea isn't going look good for his excuse that he was pressured and didn't know what he was saying.

The fact is, he thought he could plead guilty to a lesser offense, and be able to sweep this whole thing under a rug. Now it's all out in the open and he wants a do over.

Well, too bad, asswipe.
