Ramadan is at a different time each year. Passover is an optional holiday most places.

Everybody knows that Christmas is during winter break, but that doesn't mean that the school has to put up a manger and make the kids sing hymns. Easter seems to have varied dates, but spring break is always the first week of April in our district, no matter when Easter is.
