Beats me. My kids both studied foreign history when they were in elementary school. But in the TAG pull out program.

Ask them if they were taught about Western Samoa or Myanmar. I doubt whether 1% of Americans could find either on a map of the world!!

If the school is teaching the history of just about every other country, yes.
