I do have to admit to a powerful urge to yank them up for them. ESPECIALLY the renter across the street from me a couple of years ago. He liked to wash his car in the driveway with his pants at 'half mast'. Unfortunately he didn't wear the boxers under them.

I imagine he was thinking of how cool he looked. I have to wonder how he would have felt if he knew the two neighbors across the street were on the phone to each other laughing our asses off!
