We welcome every person to America with open arms. Just fricken do it the legal way and we wont get pissed off at you. To become a legal citizen of America you need to be able to speak and understand English to a certain extent to pass the test given. After you pass the test and are legal by all means speak your native language around the US...but when someone pulls you over on the side of the road or asks you a question on the job. They should get a response in English or close to it to be understood.
