That does not change the fact that it was to be expected.
Nor, IMO, does it justify calling a pair of sneakers "a deadly weapon" in order to increase the severity of the charges.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.
