| I know a lot of people feel that way about them. But I think that it is necessary still, to have attention brought to injustices. Tawanna Brawley's case was terribly shocking and heinous, and there weren't too many who didn't believe her. You can't blame Jackson and Sharpton for being outraged by a story that neither of them knew was a lie. Unfortunately, there is still racism in this country, and as long as there is, there will be people who speak up for the disenfranchised. |
