(No, not all Mexicans are illegal) and thence to prosecute set injunctions or penalties of that given crime (within given guidelines). And it is a fact that we extend this given policy to " all persons within our border; no manner of his or her arrival" Remember Walter Polovchak?, Elian Gonzales, and Elvira? The law had to be followed in all cases; even though it wasn't the most popular sentiment among the people. I'm not try to be an a-- here but I have to repeat something I was taught early on in life: " You don't need to like the law, you just need to obey it. And should you disagree with the law or laws, there are legal ways to address this. You will never, ever have the right to take the law into your own hands".
That came from Dad when I was young after being caught with some friends stealing candy from a store. It was followed by a boot in the backside to enforce the lesson. | But that is what people are fighting for is that Town and City law enforcement can do background checks on "people of interest". Why must we go to the government to find this information?
What of the 6 people in New Jersey attacking the base? They were illegal imigrants and had been arrested numerious times but never were screened in their background this released and then the attempt happened. Yes there can be due process but lets speed the fricken thing up. Screw the court system and having legal US citizen pay for the court aswell as their prison fees. If you are here illegal then they get what your dad gave you after you were caught stealing joe...I kick in the backside, cept this one will be over the border with a note pinned to their shirt like the retard they are stating "stay over there or get shot the next time you are caught unless you are legal"
And im not saying that you could go up to any random person and ask them the question "Are you here Legally?" and if they dont answer quick enough they get tossed into a holding cell. But Law enforcment officers should be allowed to conducted background checks during stops IF they feel its warrented.
And you keep falling back to thinking im suggesting that WE the people as citizens should enforce the law and im not. Im saying that law enforcement should have their abilities expanded to which they can conduct background checks when they get a call or report about certain activities happening OR during a traffic stop. Nothing related to vigilanty justice or taking the law into our own hands. What Profit Is It To A Man...If He Gains The World But Loses His Own Soul {Matthew 16:26}
